Returns & Refunds Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted if: The item is damaged or defective upon arrival. You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. The product is unused and in its original packaging. Approved returns may be refunded or replaced at our discretion. 6.
